Winter is about slowing down- hibernation, solo time, being reflective, still, calm but warmed by fire- tapas, heat, transformation and with Self. We will use the ancient Yogic tools of Niyama – practices to keep us living in grace with ourselves, a perfect Winter practice, to guide us through this season of SELF.

This is a sacred weekend retreat to reflect, restore, connect, and envision.

Through yoga, meditation, creative art, sound and drumming, we will create a space for deep reflection and replenishment, to leave you grounded in your life force and aligned with self.

It will bring you into a closer relationship with yourself, deepen your personal understanding and highlight what you need for ongoing renewal.

This is a small group intensive retreat, you can expect to leave with:

Clarified personal intentions to guide your retreat experience and beyond.

Grounding in meditation practices and yogic philosophy

Facilitated connection with self, and space to bring forward personal insights.

The identification of what needs to shift, and a commitment to release old patterns.

A deeper understanding of your personal renewal needs, and how to integrate these into your busy life.

A renewed sense of energy and peace.
